I was raised in a home where care and creativity existed side by side, shaped by the daycare my grandmother built within our household and the many children who moved through it. With over 10 years of experience in childcare, I developed a deep commitment to supporting children’s growth in both their creative confidence and their academic and personal development.

I later studied acting and earned a BFA in Fine Arts, continuing to explore performance and the power of storytelling. Over time, I came to understand how creative expression can support personal development and connection through shared experience.

This path led into a seven-year career in television production, where I worked on series including HBO’s And Just Like That…, NBC’s The Equalizer, and HBO’s Succession. Alongside this work, I have continued to develop independent projects in film and media, maintaining a consistent focus on storytelling across disciplines.

Through founding Common Unity, I have brought together my experience in childcare, performance, and production alongside a team of professional creatives that I feel grateful to call friends and family, building spaces rooted in creativity, collaboration, and expression. Today, my work is centered on developing projects and programs that reflect the value of storytelling as a tool for growth, connection, and shared understanding.
