This adult improv workshop introduces the core “Yes, And…” technique—learning to accept what’s offered and build on it without judgment or overthinking. Through playful exercises, you’ll step out of rigid adult patterns of thinking and reacting, and reconnect with spontaneity, presence, and creative freedom. No experience needed—just a willingness to say yes and see what unfolds.
